Company:
NOVA Neuro Network Location:
Kirkland, WA (Clinic, Home, and Community Based)
Status:
Full-Time / Part-Time Available The Mission At NOVA, we believe every mind shines when given the right environment. We are looking for a BCBA who views ABA not just as a set of protocols, but as a tool for empowerment and independence. You will lead a small, dedicated team of technicians to provide high-quality, individualized care that respects the autonomy and unique neurobiology of every client we serve. Key Responsibilities 1.
Clinical Leadership & Assessment Case Management:
Oversee a manageable caseload to ensure every family receives the attention they deserve.
Assessment:
Conduct initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or PEAK).
Treatment Planning:
Develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans that prioritize functional communication, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. 2.
Supervision & Mentorship Field Supervision:
Provide high-quality, ongoing supervision to CBTs and RBTs (meeting or exceeding the 5% BACB requirement).
Competency Tracking:
Train technicians on specific protocols and conduct regular competency assessments.
Ethics:
Ensure all services are delivered in strict accordance with the BACB Ethics Code and Washington state law. 3.
Family Collaboration Parent Training:
Lead "Caregiver Collaboration" sessions that empower parents with practical, compassionate strategies.
Advocacy:
Attend IEP meetings or school consultations to ensure the client's support system is aligned across all environments. 4.
Operational Excellence Data Integrity:
Review and analyze session data weekly to make informed, data-driven adjustments to treatment.
Documentation:
Ensure all clinical notes and progress reports meet insurance requirements and "audit-ready" standards.
Required Qualifications Certification:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Licensure:
Current (or eligible for) Washington State LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license.
Education:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
Mindset:
A strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices and a desire to move away from "one-size-fits-all" ABA.
Skills:
Proficiency in CentralReach, Catalyst, or similar EHR systems. Why NOVA?
Caseload Caps:
We prioritize clinical integrity over volume. You will have the time to actually know your clients.
Collaboration:
Direct access to the Executive Director and a supportive peer network.
Professional Growth:
Opportunities to lead support groups, contribute to clinic-wide research, or develop specialized tracks (e.g., Early Start Denver Model or PEERS).
Competitive Compensation:
High-end hourly rates or salary packages with benefits, including PTO and CEU stipends.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
