Now Hiring:
Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (Evening hours) Join a team that's passionate about creating meaningful change—one session at a time. Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, high-quality ABA services during evening hours across our service areas in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.

Service Area:
King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties (in-home & community-based support)
Schedule:
Part-Time | Evenings (typically between 4 PM-8 PM; based on your availability)

Immediate openings available What You'll Do As a valued RBT with Connections, you'll: Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior support strategies Collect and report data with integrity and accuracy Work closely with a BCBA supervisor and with the client's family Bring empathy, professionalism, and creativity to every session
What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification through the BACB (preferred but not required ) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays Reliable transportation for travel between client locations Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A genuine passion for helping clients reach their fullest potential Why Work with Connections? Competitive Compensation:
We take pride in offering a competitive pay range that is commensurate with experience and diversity of individuals your practice can provide support for. Trainee
  • $22/HR 1-2 Weeks CBT
  • $22.50/HR Until RBT Exam is passed RBT I
  • $23-23.50/HR Initial 90-Day review and then biannual review opportunities for promotions and leveling up RBT II
  • $24-26/HR Based on rate of growth but usually obtained within 6-8 months RBT III
  • $26.
