$23.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on qualifications) About Us Encompass Therapies is a small, family-oriented company dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental needs. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment for both our clients and staff while helping children reach their fullest potential. Position Summary We are seeking caring and motivated individuals in the Olympia, WA area who are passionate about working with children. This is an entry-level position — no prior ABA experience is required! We provide all the training necessary to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , including the 40-hour training course and ongoing supervision. RBTs work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children Support clients as they learn new behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA Use evidence-based strategies to teach skills in play-based and structured settings Collect data on skill progress and behavior goals Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and family members Effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues using strong interpersonal and communication skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation and valid insurance; willingness to travel throughout the service area Available to work part-time, especially afternoons/evenings Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and be receptive to feedback Ability to pass both state and federal background checks Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: RBT/ Student Behavior Analyst (SBA) starting at $23-$26 based on experience and licensing.
