Qualifications:

Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience in Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) creation and implementation Previous supervisory experience preferred Must be able to work on site (in person)

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise one Behavior Technician (BT) in the implementation of a short-term plan Collaborate with school staff and leadership
