Job Description

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based | 39-Week Contract | $80/hr | Start 9/22/26
  • Position Overview
  • The
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • provides behavioral consultation, training, and direct support within a school setting.
This role includes conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising behavioral service delivery. The BCBA serves as a clinical teacher—observing, assessing, and guiding staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral support for students with academic and behavioral needs.

  • Minimum Requirements
  • + Current
  • BCBA certification
  • from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master's degree in
  • ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field
  • + Experience providing behavior analytic services in schools preferred + Minimum
  • 1 year pediatric experience
  • preferred + Must hold a
  • CBT license
  • + Must complete
  • in-house orientation
  • prior to start + Must obtain
  • CPI certification
  • within first 30 days + Current CPR (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required) + Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be
