  • 6 •Position Overview•We are seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students across a high-performing school district.
In this role, you will provide behavioral consultation, conduct evaluations, and develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address academic and behavioral needs. This position serves as a clinical leadership role, supporting staff and ensuring effective behavioral service delivery across school settings.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and evaluations + Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and school staff + Train staff on behavior strategies and best practices + Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed + Maintain compliant documentation aligned with IEPs and behavior plans
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field + Washington State BCBA license required + Minimum 1 year of pediatric or school-based experience preferred + Must obtain CPI certification within first 30 days of assignment + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age •Caseload Details•+ Build and manage caseload within Seattle Public Schools + Average of 5-7 service hours per student per week •Compensation•+ $80/hour (Local Rate) •Benefits•At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs •Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
