Job Description

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Setting
  • Position Overview
  • The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, and behavioral services for students with academic and behavioral challenges within a school setting. This role serves as a clinical educator by assessing, observing, and supervising behavioral interventions and supporting effective service delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments + Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Provide consultation and training to school staff and stakeholders + Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed + Supervise and support behavioral service delivery in educational environments + Act as a clinical teacher, modeling and reinforcing best practices •Minimum Requirements•+ Active •BCBA certification•from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field + At least 18 years of age + Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements + Current CPR certification (if required) + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract/state regulations) + Ability to meet all professional standards of practice •
Preferred Qualifications:
  • + Experience providing behavior analytic services in a school setting + Minimum of one (1) year pediatric experience
