• Position Overview
• The BCBA provides consultation, conducts behavioral evaluations, and develops and implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral challenges. This role also serves as a clinical leader, supporting staff through training, supervision, and collaboration.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations + Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) + Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff + Monitor and adjust behavioral programs based on student progress + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams + Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards
• Minimum Requirements
• + Current
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• certification (BACB) +
• WA State BCBA license required
• + Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field + School-based or related pediatric experience preferred + Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred
• Additional Requirements
• + CPI certification (must be obtained within first 30 days if not already held) + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (PPD or chest X-ray) + Current health certificate (as required) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
