Owned and operated by an Autistic BCBA, Prism centers play, connection, and meaningful skill-building. We are seeking dependable, adaptable Substitute / Floater Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide short-term, backup, and transitional coverage across home, community, and school settings. This role is essential to ensuring continuity of care and consistent support for the learners we serve. What You'll Do Provide short-term or substitute one-on-one ABA support when primary staff are unavailable Step into established programs while maintaining consistency, professionalism, and care Implement individualized behavior support and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA Use play-based, relationship-centered strategies aligned with Prism's values Collect accurate session data and complete notes using electronic data collection systems Communicate clearly with supervisors, school teams, and families as appropriate Maintain ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices What We're Looking For Experience working with young children (experience with disabilities strongly preferred) High reliability, responsiveness, and flexibility with scheduling Comfort entering new environments and supporting different learners day-to-day Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to follow established behavior plans with fidelity Team-oriented, calm, and professional in dynamic situations Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple client locations Requirements Active CBT license Preferred Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience working in school-based or community-based settings Experience supporting transitions, coverage, or substitute roles Experience working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds Compensation & Benefits $27-$36 per hour , based on experience and credentials W-2 employment (part-time / on-call) Paid travel time between client sessions Paid training, onboarding, and supervision Bonusly rewards and recognition program Gym membership Professional development opportunities Supportive, inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming team culture Why Work at Prism?
