Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals with behavioral health needs, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary focus will be on providing support to clients in the clinic setting, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques. Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical documentation standards. Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling medical records and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for clients. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Experience Previous experience in special education or behavioral health settings is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
