Certified Behavior Technician

Carpe Diem Academy is a small private school providing services to children with special needs. We are seeking Certified Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians with a passion for the ABA Field. The CBT/RBT provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors Collects treatment plan data Applies feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBA Provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom when applicable Attends a variety of training sessions and other related company meetings Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Required

• Certified Behavior Technician Registered Behavior Technician Certifications shall be compensated from $28
• 35 based on credential and experience 2+ Year of Applied Behavior Analysis Experience Capable of passing WA Background Check Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50lbs or more In-service training
• CPR, HIPAA, OSHA, HIV, (Must be able to attain above certificates upon start date) Central Reach experience a plus! PCM or Safety Care Training a plus!
