Job Description

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Make a Difference Every Day! Are you passionate about helping others learn, grow, and achieve their goals? If so, we'd love to have you join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and/or other related abilities helping them build important life skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one support to individuals in home, community, school, or clinic settings. Implement individualized programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Teach and encourage communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills. Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to support learning and growth. Help individuals achieve personal goals while promoting confidence and independence. Collect data and document progress during sessions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistent support. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Celebrate milestones—big and small—with the individuals you support! What We're Looking For A positive, patient, and caring attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. A passion for helping people succeed. High school diploma or GED required. RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification with support from our team). Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful but not required. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
