Job Description

Bright Connections Behavioral is looking for compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide trauma-informed, play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental disabilities—offering meaningful support to families in our community. What You'll Do As an RBT, you'll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your sessions will be guided by evidence-based practices and filled with opportunities to play, connect, and teach essential life skills in natural and supportive environments. Key Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), in the clinic, home, and/or community settings Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address challenging behaviors Collect data on client progress and behavior Collaborate regularly with BCBAs and other team members Implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans with fidelity Maintain a compassionate and professional relationship with clients and families Attend staff meetings and ongoing training Ensure ethical and quality service aligned with BACB standards ​ Qualifications Must have current RBT certification (or be willing to complete the RBT training and certification process) High school diploma required; some college or related coursework in psychology, education, or child development preferred Passion for working with children and families Excellent communication, reliability, and time-management skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training and ongoing supervision by a BCBA Opportunities for advancement and BCBA supervision hours Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative work culture Family friendly company ​Ready to make a difference?
