Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism. In this vital role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your work will help clients develop essential skills, improve behavior management, and enhance their overall quality of life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition accurately and consistently to inform treatment adjustments Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in a safe manner Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring all medical documentation and records are complete, accurate, and secure Support clients during therapy sessions in clinic setting. Skills Understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods Experience working with children, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively Excellent data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning Compassionate approach to patient care with patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on behavioral health and special education goals Join us in creating positive change through dedicated support, innovative interventions, and a commitment to excellence.
