They often act as a leader to other technicians by providing guidance, training, and overseeing their work while also handling the most intricate diagnostics and repairs. The Sr Service Technician typically has extensive experience in their field and are skilled at identifying and resolving complex technical issues. Manages service calls and work orders for each job in a timely manner. Performing in depth troubleshooting and fixing intricate issues on equipment that may require specialized knowledge and tools; C-Arm, Mammography, 2D, 3D, and IOS-I0X equipment. Traveling to client sites to perform maintenance, repairs, installations. Coaching and guiding Service Technicians on proper repair, and installations. Ensuring all repairs meet company standards and quality checks. Performs hazard assessments and maintains a high standard of safe work practices and quality control. Performs routine preventative maintenance. Follows company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoids injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris. Manages customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction. Provides information and recommends services to the sales team. Completes all necessary company training in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of Technician (Preferred) Be able to travel outside of the U.
S Language Requirement:
Fluent written and verbal in English Must have a cell phone and reliable transportation
License/Certification:

Pay Range:
$26.00 - $31.00 per hour Annual company bonus : 0%-10% of annual base salary (company performance-based) $55 per diem meal allowance for business travel. $50/month per employee towards department meals $50/month cell phone stipend (personal phone used for work) $50 - $100 gift cards for eligible holidays at company discretion Qualifying Employee Welfare events ( $0-$1,000 value) (0-5 days PTO gifted) $50 birthday gift card
