Job Description

Biomedical equipment Technician We are looking for a team player to join our regional biomedical company. A biomedical equipment technician is a member of the healthcare team that plays an important role in providing and ensuring safe and effective equipment for patient health care. We are looking for someone to help us provide quality technical service to our esteemed clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Equipment Technician you will perform routine inspections, calibrations, preventive maintenance and repairs on dialysis machines and reverse osmosis units at facilities located throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Experience in a healthcare facility such as a hospital or clinic is preferred. Strong customer service skills and proactive troubleshooting techniques are highly desired. Dialysis, SPD, water treatment and healthcare experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of dialysis machines or water treatment equipment Minimum of one (1) year's experience in the repair and maintenance of dialysis equipment or water treatment systems Willing to train the right person with a technical background High school diploma or equivalent Must have the ability to work independently without supervision Reliable transportation is a must as most of our work is onsite at medical facilities Valid driver's license for state of California Pass the background and health exams Driving record must meet insurance liability requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsible, trustworthy and reliable

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
