This role is responsible for helping customers with their CPAP equipment and providing education and support. $23/HOUR

IN-OFFICE ROLE!
Responsibilities Help customers with set up of CPAP, BiPAP and related equipment in accordance with company protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Educate patients on proper equipment use, cleaning and maintenance. Troubleshoot comfort or compliance issues. Document patient interactions, setup details and follow-up plans in the electronic medical record system. Coordinate with clinical teams and customer service to ensure timely delivery and setup. Maintain inventory of PAP supplies and ensure equipment is clean, functional and ready for use. Preferred Education/Experience Background in the medical field with experience in administrative record management Experience working with medical equipment Familiarity with medical billing processes Knowledge of medical terminology Minimum of one year of related work experience Prior experience in DME, sleep therapy or patient-facing healthcare roles Basic computer proficiency Knowledge of CPAP/BiPAP equipment Bilingual skills a plus.
