Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance and calibration of medical equipment using schematics and technical manuals Support senior technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues by utilizing hand tools and computer hardware Help perform equipment repairs, ensuring compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications Maintain accurate records of service activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Learn to interpret schematics and mechanical drawings for diagnostics and repairs Participate in field service activities by supporting on-site equipment inspections and repairs at healthcare facilities Aid in the documentation of calibration procedures, maintenance logs, and repair reports to ensure regulatory compliance Skills Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity of hand tools and schematics Strong interest in medical device maintenance, calibration, and repair processes Ability to learn quickly about OEM specifications and equipment repair techniques Comfortable working with computer hardware, CMMS software, and diagnostic tools Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and healthcare staff Willingness to develop field service skills through hands-on experience in diverse clinical environments Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) standards is a plus but not required; training provided Embark on a rewarding journey supporting vital healthcare technology!
