Fort Wayne, IN Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Equipment Technician to support the cleaning, testing, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. This role ensures equipment is safe, functional, and ready to support patient care.POSITION DETAILS
Coordinates incoming correspondence from various sources to ensure patient information is being communicated to the appropriate department. Clean, test, and perform minor repairs on medical equipment and accessories Troubleshoot and maintain equipment per company and manufacturer standards Process equipment returns and vendor repairs Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records Assist with parts inventory and ordering needs Complete administrative tasks including data entry and documentation Partner with internal teams and vendors to support equipment needs Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiencyREQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work Experience with equipment repair, maintenance, or similar technical work preferred Ability to problem-solve and work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITS
