Regional Field Service Manager (Biomedical Equipment - Hands-On) - Minnesota Full-Time | $75,000 + Travel | Field-Based Role We're seeking a hands-on Biomedical Regional Field Service Manager who thrives in the field. This is a working manager role—you'll spend the majority of your time onsite performing PMs, troubleshooting, and repairs on biomedical equipment, while leading and supporting a team of technicians. If you're a BMET or field service technician ready to step into leadership—but still want to stay hands-on—this is the opportunity. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on biomedical equipment Travel extensively to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the region Act as a player/coach—lead technicians while working side-by-side in the field Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and drive quick resolutions Ensure service quality, compliance, and turnaround times meet customer expectations Support technician development through hands-on training and mentorship Build strong relationships with clinical staff and healthcare partners What We're Looking For Experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) or field service technician in healthcare Strong knowledge of medical equipment maintenance, repair, and safety standards. Infusion pump knowledge a plus. Experience leading or mentoring other technicians (formal or informal) Comfortable with some regional travel and daily field work Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and take ownership in the field Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience working with infusion pumps, imaging, patient monitoring, or surgical equipment Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission) OEM or third-party service experience Compensation & Perks $75,000.00, some travel required High-autonomy, field-based role Why This Role Stay hands-on—this is not a desk job Direct impact on patient care through equipment uptime Fast-paced, problem-solving environment Opportunity to lead while still doing what you enjoy #INDTTT #TALTTT
