Assist cardiology team during cath lab procedures and provide real-time support. Strictly follow sterile technique and infection control protocols at all times. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements governing cath lab operations. Prepare and stock equipment, ensuring readiness for scheduled cases and emergencies. Document patient data, procedure details, and outcomes in electronic health records. Participate in ongoing professional development and cross-training to expand skillset. Communicate patient status and concerns promptly to physicians and staff. Collaborate with team to meet daily targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning. Maintain high visibility of work activity through accurate time and task tracking. Support performance-based merit by delivering consistent quality outcomes. Assist in post-procedure care and patient education as directed. Experience/Qualifications Certified Cath Lab Tech with relevant clinical licensure and credentialing. Proficient operation and monitoring of cath lab imaging and support equipment. Strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols. Ability to document procedures and patient data in electronic health records accurately. Strong communication skills with physicians and team for real-time support. Capacity to follow safety and regulatory requirements governing cath lab operations. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and cross-training. Demonstrated ability to manage time, track tasks, and meet daily targets. On-site availability for scheduled cases and emergency coverage as needed. What's in it for you?
