Responsibilities Operate interventional cardiology equipment and assist during procedures. Ensure patient safety, monitor vitals, and document procedure details accurately. Prepare and maintain sterile field, inventory, and equipment readiness. Adhere to hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and quality metrics. Collaborate with physicians and team to meet procedural targets and timelines. Document procedural data and assist with post-procedure reporting. Demonstrate continuous learning by staying updated on new interventional techniques. Support pipeline management by tracking case status and capacity planning. Provide patient education and post-procedure care instructions as needed. Maintain on-site safety audits and participate in incident reviews. Assist in training junior staff and sharing best practices. Support performance-based recognition by documenting outcomes and achievements. Experience/Qualifications Proven experience operating interventional cardiology equipment and assisting procedures. Bachelors or equivalent in Radiology/Cardiology Technology or related field. Certified Interventional Cardiology Technologist or equivalent credential preferred. Vigilant patient monitoring and documentation of vitals and procedure details. Adhere to hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and quality metrics. Maintain sterile field, instrument readiness, and inventory management. Strong collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to meet targets. Accurate procedural data entry and assist with post-procedure reporting. Participate in continuous learning and stay updated on interventional techniques.
