Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.

Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction.

To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses. Acts as a preceptor for new staff members and a resource for the department. Can troubleshoot minor issues and assist with computer. Assist with charge codes. Manages and operates imaging equipment. Is able to work in any procedure. Maintains proficiency and can be a superuser with lifesaving equipment; defib, BVM, temp and external pacing, etc., and interventional equipment; Rotablator, Impella, balloon pump, atherectomy and thrombectomy modalities.
