Job Description

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

$38-42 per hour
Hours:
Monday-Friday Responsibilities:
Perform echocardiograms (adult transthoracic and stress echocardiograms) according to established protocols and physician orders. Operate ultrasound and diagnostic imaging equipment safely and effectively. Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure patient comfort throughout. Record and analyze test results for review by the cardiologist. Maintain accurate and complete patient records within the EMR system. Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care. Assist with other diagnostic or clinical tasks as assigned within scope of practice.
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Echocardiography/Ultrasound Technology program. Minimum 1 year of experience working in a cardiology setting required. Registered or registry-eligible with ARDMS or CCI preferred. Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiographic studies. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Req. #3.2 DH
