Job Description

Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at
Program:
Medefis Program
  • Community Hospital (Grand Junction).
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum of five years of recent cardiac catheterization laboratory experience preferred.
Preferred Credentials:
  • RCIS preferred; Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with cardiac catheterization experience accepted.
Unit Details:
  • Assists with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures; prepares patients, rooms, equipment, and supplies; operates fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment; assists with transport, positioning, and post-procedure care.
Shift & Scheduling:
  • Monday through Friday.
  • No call requirements.
  • Variable hours based on procedural volume and department needs.
  • Holidays as required.
7 days maximum time off 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R)
