Job Description

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a vital role supporting cardiac care as a Cath Lab Tech, where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes. This opportunity calls for a knowledgeable imaging professional ready to work in a collaborative hospital environment. The position is contract-based, and immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Schedule/Hours:
Four shifts per week, 10 hours each 7:00am - 6:00pm
Skills & Experience Sought:
Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech or similar imaging role in a clinical or hospital setting Proficiency with cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures and equipment Strong understanding of imaging and monitoring during interventional cardiac procedures Ability to operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure high-quality results Effective communicator with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams Current certifications as required for Cath Lab Techs (RCIS, ARRT, or state equivalent) BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Role Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Prepare and maintain sterile fields, supplies, and equipment for each patient procedure Monitor and record vital signs, responding promptly to changes in patient condition Document procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols Foster a supportive environment for patient comfort, safety, and privacy Collaborate with the Cath Lab team for quality patient care and workflow improvement
