Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with expertise in imaging to support a healthcare facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This contract position seeks a certified professional who is ready to contribute immediately in a dynamic cardiac catheterization lab environment.
Key Qualifications:
Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) highly preferred. Proven experience working in Cath Lab technology and imaging. Ability to perform various diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. Strong understanding of sterile techniques, patient monitoring, and equipment handling. Must not reside locally within Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties.
Work Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week (4x10 schedule). On-call shifts may be required occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Assist cardiologists during catheterization procedures by operating imaging and monitoring equipment. Prepare patients and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment. Document procedures accurately for medical records. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
