Desired Qualifications:
Active certification as a Surgical Technologist (CVOR specialty preferred) Minimum of 1 year experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to new workflows Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cardiovascular surgeries Anticipate surgeon's needs and manage instrumentation efficiently Support patient safety through vigilant adherence to protocols Assist in the setup, care, and maintenance of CVOR equipment Collaborate closely with surgical and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes
