Qualifications:
Proven success in Cath Lab Tech roles, including in-depth knowledge of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures Current ARRT or RCIS certification (or equivalent) Valid BLS and ACLS certifications Efficient operation of imaging equipment and strong understanding of aseptic technique Minimum 1 year of recent relevant experience in an acute care setting Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Assist with cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and electrophysiology studies Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex imaging machinery and related software Prepare and maintain sterile field, ensuring strict adherence to patient safety protocols Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care Maintain accurate procedural documentation and contribute to continuous workflow improvement Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families
