Cath Lab Technologist - Stone Mountain, GA

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Contract This opportunity is ideal for experienced Cardiovascular Technologists with a strong background in Electrophysiology (EP). The role requires significant hands-on experience in EP studies and ablation procedures, including VT, SVT, AVNRT, WPW, A-flutter, and A-Fib. In addition, expertise in device implants such as pacemakers, Micra, subcutaneous ICDs (SQ-ICD), implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), and implantable loop recorders (ILR) is essential.

Qualifications and Experience:

RCIS certification (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) - mandatory Proven electrophysiology clinical experience with direct involvement in EP Studies and Ablation procedures Proficient in device implantations: pacemakers, Micra leadless pacemakers, SQ-ICD, ICD, and ILR Strong cath lab technical skills with attention to detail and patient safety

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic EP studies and complex ablation procedures Assist with the implantation and programming of cardiac devices Operate and maintain cath lab equipment within protocol guidelines Collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
