Responsibilities:

Support the surgical team in cardiovascular procedures by preparing and maintaining a sterile environment Handle specialized instruments, equipment, and supplies required for open-heart surgeries Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols Assist in preoperative and postoperative room setup and turnover Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient care

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Certification as a CVOR Tech or Surgical Technologist with strong cardiovascular experience Previous experience in a cardiovascular OR setting is highly preferred Familiarity with both emergent and elective cardiac surgical procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced clinical environments
