Shift:
7:30 AM - 4:00
PM Experience:
48 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
This role may require floating to additional units and locations No current placement allowed at
Program:

Additional Details:
Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

On-Call Requirements:
On call Rotation is 1 full week, every 6th week. On Call is from 4p-7a. and could be at any Lake/Cook County location.
Holiday Requirements:
As needed Floating requirements: BOTH Highland Park and Evanston. Floating between
Lake and Cook County:
Skokie Hospital, SKACC, Highland Park, Gurnee, Bannockburn, Vernon Hills, Glenbrook, Glenbrook CVI, Evanston. 7 days maximum time off 2 references required Proof of identification required
