This travel assignment offers you unmatched professional growth, as you'll work within a Level 1 Trauma Center renowned for its fast-paced, team-oriented culture and exposure to the latest advancements in cardiovascular intervention, interventional radiology, neurology, and electrophysiology. Here, you'll collaborate with leading clinicians, encounter a spectrum of complex cases, and diversify your skillset—significantly enhancing your resume.
Schedule:
Day Shift On-Call Rotation (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited radiology program
IEMA-DNS
radiography accreditation ARRT(R) credential ARRT(VI) or ARRT(CI) credential BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications Prior Level 1 Trauma and cath lab/IR experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient identification, allergies, and procedural consent Prepare and maintain sterile environments, supplies, and medications Monitor patient vitals and provide pre/post-procedural care Select, set up, and operate imaging equipment Scrub in, assist physicians, and apply radiation safety protocols Acquire, process, and reconstruct digital and 3D images Assist with various interventional and diagnostic cardiovascular procedures Guide students and fellow team members in practical instruction
