Experience:

Unit Details:

Adult patients. Provides high quality ultrasound images of the heart and great vessels and technical assistance with exercise and non-exercise stress testing. Produces images for dobutamine and exercise stress echocardiograms. Assists the cardiologist in performing transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE). Assists in performing functional, pharmacological cardiolite, and echocardiography stress testing. Participates in mobile echo/vascular service regionally. Completes quarterly competency in stress lab, holter monitoring and event monitoring. Pediatric echocardiogram proficiency expected.

Shift & Scheduling:

Monday-Friday with 645-700-715-730 start times. Rotating call, including weekends and holidays.

Floating Requirements:

Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations. 7 days maximum time off.
