Key Qualifications:

Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS preferred or equivalent certification) Proven experience operating advanced cath lab imaging equipment and monitoring vital signs during procedures Strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, procedures, and sterile techniques Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to safety and detail Up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and related diagnostic or interventional procedures Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure appropriate patient care before, during, and after procedures Assist in the monitoring, documentation, and maintenance of patient records and imaging results Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols throughout every step of the process Participate actively in lab workflow, quality assurance programs, and equipment maintenance to support efficient operations Educate patients and their families on procedures to provide reassurance and informed care The position offers exposure to advanced cardiovascular procedures and a supportive work setting that values technical expertise and compassion.
