Cath Lab Tech in Dyer, IN

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Location:

Situated in Dyer, IN, this facility operates a specialized cardiac cath lab with a 2-bed unit, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure close patient monitoring and care. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art cath lab technology and utilizes EMR systems, including EPIC Cupid, with required orientation and training provided. Employees will report to the front entrance on their first day for onboarding and parking instructions.

Role and Responsibilities:

Perform imaging and assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and sterile environments Monitor patient vitals and assist in emergent interventions as needed Document procedures and patient data accurately in EMR systems Participate in orientation and mandatory education modules before starting Respond to on-call demands and support weekend/holiday coverage

Schedule:
