Schedule/Hours:

8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (0630-1900) 40 hours per week Rotational weekends and on-call (approx. one weekend/month) Willingness to work/take call on holidays, including Christmas Floating to Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience at a Level 1 trauma center Recent, strong scrub experience with cardiac surgeries required Proven history of circulating in cardiac surgeries Active CST certification and BLS required Nicotine-free as per facility standards

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and support surgical teams in all aspects of cardiac and vascular procedures Perform circulating and scrub roles efficiently, ensuring optimal patient safety and infection control Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple OR locations Participate in orientation (Mon-Tues) and comply with timely credentialing
