Schedule:

Day shifts: 5x8-hour (07:00 - 15:30) On-call required: 2 days per week Every other weekend rotation (EOW) Float within scope of practice as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of current and prior Cardiovascular Scrub Tech experience Must have fresh heart procedure experience AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required NCCT or AST certification required Valid driver's license Must live at least 75 miles from the facility

Responsibilities:

Scrub and assist during open heart and cardiovascular surgeries Effectively collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes Float to other units within scope if needed Participate in on-call rotations and maintain readiness for emergent cases
