Key Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or appropriate state credentials Minimum of one year cath lab experience preferred Proficiency with cardiac catheterization procedures and related imaging equipment Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate imaging equipment during cardiac and vascular procedures Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to clinical needs Maintain accurate records and ensure all imaging documentation is complete and compliant Safeguard infection control and equipment sterilization protocols Participate in emergency response as needed within the cath lab setting Support patient education and comfort before, during, and after procedures
