Qualifications/Experience:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or equivalent imaging program. Valid ARRT or equivalent certification. Active state licensure as required. Previous Cath Lab Tech experience strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of vascular and cardiac anatomy and imaging techniques. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate imaging equipment and assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety throughout all procedures. Maintain accurate patient documentation and logs. Prepare and manage sterile fields and supplies. Actively participate in team briefings, case reviews, and process improvement initiatives. Provide compassionate care and support to patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
