Job Description

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a vital role supporting advanced cardiac care as a Cath Lab/EP Tech. This contract opportunity seeks an experienced Imaging professional skilled in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures. You will be a key contributor to a dedicated cardiovascular team, working in a fast-paced environment where technical expertise, adaptability, and meticulous attention to safety and patient care are essential.
Schedule:
40 hours per week 8-hour shifts with start times at 7:00 am-3:30 pm, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, or 9:00 am-5:30 pm Rotating shifts and days On-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech and EP Tech Strong background in cardiac imaging and interventional procedures Proficient with all Cath Lab equipment and intra-procedural monitoring Ability to thrive in high-acuity settings and respond effectively in emergencies Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist or RCES/RCIS, as applicable
BLS/ACLS
certification required Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate advanced imaging and EP equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Scrub, circulate, and monitor in the Cath Lab and EP Lab Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and device implantations Ensure safe, sterile procedural environments Document procedures and patient data accurately Participate in call rotation to provide coverage for urgent cases during off-shifts or holidays This role offers the chance to make a difference in patient care outcomes while expanding your skills within a highly specialized field.
