Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for skilled professionals with experience in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) technology. This position supports vital imaging and interventional cardiac procedures and is ideal for candidates passionate about advanced diagnostic care.
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week) 8-hour shifts with start times at 7:00am, 8:00am, and 9:00am Rotating shifts and days On-call duties included in rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
Certification or licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist or EP Technologist, as required by state and national standards Documented experience in a Cath Lab setting, with demonstrated proficiency in electrophysiology procedures Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, sterile techniques, and interventional equipment Effective communication with clinical team members and patients Competence in troubleshooting specialized imaging and EP monitoring systems BLS and ACLS certifications (current) Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic clinical environments
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterizations, device implantations, and electrophysiology studies Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Monitor and document patient status, offering vigilance with critical information during interventions Ensure integrity, safety, and sterility of instruments and environment Take part in emergency response protocols when necessary Participate in rotating on-call duty for after-hours procedures and support This role delivers the chance to expand your advanced cardiac specialty expertise while making a genuine impact on patient lives.
