Key Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a CVOR Tech or similar surgical technologist role, with a focus on cardiovascular procedures Valid and current certification as a Surgical Technologist Solid understanding of sterile techniques and operating room protocols Comfortable and skilled in preparing, organizing, and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment Strong collaboration skills to work efficiently with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams Exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and adaptability in high-pressure situations Ability to remain calm and focused during urgent or complex cases

Primary Responsibilities:
