Key Qualifications:
ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent credentials preferred 1+ year of recent experience in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology setting Proficiency in imaging technology, including fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring In-depth understanding of sterile technique and cardiovascular anatomy Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinicians BLS and ACLS certifications required Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and protocols
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, angiography, and other interventional procedures Operate imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images Monitor patient status and hemodynamics, providing prompt and effective response to changes Prepare and maintain Cath Lab equipment and supplies Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols Educate patients and their families on procedures and post-procedure care
