4x10 days Start date: 07/20/2026 Work setting: hospital CVOR/OR environment On-call requirement: 6-7 days per month Quick start availability Responsibilities Part of the heart team; performs surgical duties for operating room procedures under the direct supervision of a registered nurse Assist with CVOR case setup, instrument handling, and intraoperative support for cardiothoracic procedures Maintain sterile technique, uphold patient safety standards, and support OR protocols throughout procedures Ensure CVOR equipment and supplies are ready and functioning; assist with room turnover and post-case cleanup Collaborate with the surgical team to support efficient case flow and accurate instrumentation management Requirements Ability to work in a hospital operating room environment under the supervision of a registered nurse Availability for a 13-week travel assignment and to work a 4x10 day shift schedule Willingness to participate in on-call activities (6-7 days per month) Geographically eligible to work in the Columbia, MO area for the duration of the assignment Benefits and Support Quick start availability Dedicated travel recruiter and assignment support Onboarding and credentialing assistance Transparent scheduling and pay discussions during the hiring process Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
