The Advanced Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist performs advanced diagnostic and invasive procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients alongside the care team and other medical staff. Responsibilities include serving as a resource, superuser, and assisting in orientation and training. Education:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours or completion of RCIS training certification.

Experience :

Certification/Registration :

ARRT ( R ) or RCIS; Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Proficiency in operating radiographic imaging equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.

Advanced CV Special Procedure Tech:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program and completion of required clinical hour or completion of RCIS training certification.

Experience:

Two (2) years of relevant experience

Licensure:

State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Certification/Registration:

ARRT (R) or CCI(RCIS); Basic Life Support (BLS)
