Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Travel Discover the dynamic community of Mandan, ND, where your next travel assignment offers an excellent blend of professional advancement and the chance to explore the breathtaking northern Plains. Mandan's lively culture and easy access to scenic outdoor adventures make it a rewarding locale for healthcare professionals looking to expand their horizons during their downtime. This unique opportunity involves working in a cutting-edge Cath Lab environment. Engage directly with a collaborative cardiology team while broadening your skill set amid new technologies, equipment, and leadership styles. You'll strengthen your clinical background as you handle emergent and interventional cardiac cases, interact with experienced colleagues, and experience varied workflow practices that will enhance your resume and professional versatility.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
On call:
1-2 weeknights/week (3:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.), every third weekend (Friday-Monday morning, 24-hour); every other holiday One week of comprehensive classroom and lab orientation
Qualifications:
BLS certification required RCIS or ARRT (with NDMIRT registration for ARRT holders) Radiation badge (must be supplied in hand prior to start) Panning and/or scrubbing experience; majority of role is panning IABP, Impella, Shockwave (preferred), Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, or Rotapro familiarity preferred Experience with IV starts (preferred but not required)
EMR:
EPIC & Philips Xper (Hemo);
Equipment:
Siemens C-Arm, IABP, Impella, and more
Responsibilities:
Panning and scrubbing for diverse cath lab cases IV starts as needed Rotating call coverage and rapid call response (20 minutes) Floating to Heart and Vascular Pre/Post departments when needed
