Job Description

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking an experienced imaging professional with expertise in Cath Lab procedures for a contract opportunity in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is essential to supporting cardiovascular care teams and delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging for patient care.
Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification or equivalent required Minimum one year of recent Cath Lab imaging experience Proficient with Cath Lab equipment, protocols, and sterile technique Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and pathology BLS certification (AHA) required; ACLS preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical settings
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Cath Lab imaging equipment following clinical protocols and safety guidelines Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures for cardiovascular patients Assist physicians and clinical staff during cardiac catheterization and related procedures Ensure accurate capture and documentation of patient imaging data Maintain strict adherence to infection control, radiation safety, and patient confidentiality policies Manage supply inventory for the imaging area and ensure all equipment is in proper working order Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations Collaborate with team members to support exceptional patient care and efficient workflow This contract position offers the chance to work alongside talented healthcare professionals dedicated to excellence in cardiac care.
