Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience Proficiency with diagnostic imaging equipment used in cath labs BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong interdisciplinary communication and teamwork skills Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, critical care environments
Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Operate and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment in the cath lab Prepare patients for procedures, providing information and support Adhere to strict safety and sterile technique protocols Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations if necessary Document procedures and ensure all records are accurately maintained
