This contract opportunity focuses on providing essential imaging and technical support for interventional cardiac procedures. If you have experience in the Cath Lab and are dedicated to delivering quality care, your expertise is highly valued.
Required Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency as a Cath Lab Tech, with in-depth knowledge of imaging processes and cardiac catheterization procedures Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and sterile field maintenance Current certification (ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent) preferred Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform efficiently in high-pressure situations
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Assist physicians during procedures by anticipating needs, handling devices, and ensuring a sterile environment Monitor and document patient condition and procedural progress Maintain accurate records of procedures and equipment Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory standards Provide support in preparing and positioning patients, as well as post-procedure care This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking to further develop their skills while supporting exceptional patient care.
